Entrepreneurial and driven, Bee Lay has close to 30 years’ experience as a management consultant.

She built her early consulting career in Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, and has overseen numerous projects of various scales and in different countries.

As Director and Principal Consultant, Bee Lay is active in working with clients on decarbonisation strategies to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions, implementing practices to measure, monitor and report performance. Her experience in value chain management include creating and growing environmental, social and economic value across the supply network in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the PRC.

 

Bee Lay is well-versed in sustainability standards like International Sustainability & Carbon Certification as well as carbon footprint standards including ISO14064 and GHG Protocol. She is one of a handful of senior Practicing Management Consultants certified by the Business Advisors and Consultants Council (SBACC) in Singapore, and is also a certified member of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals and Sustainability Reporting Specialist and Assuror (CSRS/A).

 

She is an alumnae of the National University of Singapore.
